- Red chili flakes (optional)
Optional Toppings
- 2 eggs (poached, fried, or soft-boiled)
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Feta cheese or goat cheese
- Microgreens or fresh herbs
Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Leave slightly chunky for texture.
- Spread avocado evenly over warm toast.
- Add toppings such as eggs, tomatoes, cheese, or herbs.
- Finish with chili flakes and extra pepper if desired.
